Multi-Compound Overlay Chart
I would love the ability to view both compound levels on the same chart. Having to toggle between them individually makes it hard to see how they interact. Would be a great addition for anyone tracking more than one compound!

Connect your wearable (Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, and more)
Use a wearable that doesn't connect to Regimen yet? We're looking at adding support for more of them, like Whoop, Oura, and Fitbit, so your data shows up alongside your protocol and works with everything else you track. Upvote if you'd use it, and tell us in the comments which wearable you're on so we know which to prioritize. Also asked: Garmin (workouts and health data) and smart scales like the Oxiline MD Pro.
Home Screen Widgets
Put a widget on your home screen or Lock Screen and see your Regimen data at a glance, without opening the app. Some ideas we're considering: today's upcoming doses, current medication levels, weekly adherence streak, next injection site rotation. We may also build a next-dose countdown using iOS Live Activity / Dynamic Island. Upvote if you'd use this and let us know in the comments which one you'd want first.
Advanced Inventory Tracking
Allow adding ancillaries which are not part of any regimen but part of inventory Allow us to view inventory levels at anytime in a dedicated section Since this is a new feature make sure can be backfilled across previous doses
Shared protocols
Adopt protocols that other Regimen users or providers have put together. You'd still be able to adjust anything before you start. Vote if you'd use this, and tell us about anything else youβd like to see related to this.
UI - Size and Color
The font size and light gray are hard to read on your UI and the calendar it hard to navigate
Track a partner or family member from one account
Manage a partner or family member's protocol in Regimen, so you can keep track of each other and stay on top of things together, all on one phone. Ideas under consideration: an easy way to duplicate a shared stack so you're not both starting from scratch, and seeing each other's schedules to help each other stay on track. Upvote if you'd use this, and drop a comment telling us how you'd want it to work.
DEXA scan tracking
Capture and track DEXA scan data: lean mass, fat mass, bone density, visceral fat. Vote if you get DEXA scans, and this is something you would like to see built in the app.
Follow-up reminders
Today, Regimen reminds you at the time each dose is scheduled. We're considering adding an optional follow-up: a second reminder a little later if you haven't logged your dose yet, in case the first one came at a busy moment. Would you use this? Upvote to let us know.

Custom Blends
If you're using a pre-made blend (like KLOW), you can enter the full ingredient breakdown, your BAC water volume, and your desired dose for the main ingredient, and the calculator will tell you exactly how many units to draw and what dose you're getting of each component per injection. No more doing the ratio math yourself when one vial contains multiple peptides. Also asked: oil blends, like a non-standard Sustanon ratio or your own mix, not only peptide blends.
Units input option instead of MG when taking a dose
Sometimes if Iβm adjusting my dose it may be by units instead of mg. It would be cool if on the dose edit screen I could choose to input how many units I took, or at the very least, seeing the units show up next to the MG I put in so Iβm not having to calculate it on the fly. Thanks!
Future medication level graph projection
I would like the option to be able to see ahead what the future concentration graph of a dose/schedule would look like. Currently, I have to go ahead in the calendar to mark those future doses as taken to see it, then find each dose and Un-mark them again to return to the normal view Also asked: show what levels would look like if you keep going for your planned cycle length, not only if you stop today.
Custom half-life entry
Add the option to enter a half life of a medication/compound that isnβt in the database and have the app automatically graph the saturation period. For ex. I added my adderal in there but if I could just plug in the half life it would know how to graph it. Also asked: set the time to peak too, and account for the carrier oil, since different oils can change the half-life.
Dose splitting
So I have a 2mg weekly dose but would like to split the dose to 1 mg on Sunday and 1 mg on Thursday. If you add a fractional option in the number of doses per day in a multi-day schedule that would also work.

Calculate how many vials/bottles I need for my full cycle
When I set up a compound with my vial size, dose, schedule, and cycle length, I want the app to tell me how many bottles I'll need to complete the cycle. That way I can plan how much to order ahead of time and avoid running out partway through.
Doses remaining per vial
Once a vial is reconstituted, include how many doses are in the vial and offer a countdown with how many doses left.
Apple data
Can you import more Apple health data - sleep score and stage percentage as annoying have to add it in daily when already imports heart rate ect
Different doses on different days
Right now each protocol uses the same dose for every scheduled day. But plenty of people don't take the same amount every time. If you micro-dose daily, your weekly total often doesn't divide evenly, so you end up taking slightly different amounts on different days. Others run a higher dose some days and a lower one on others. Today the only way to do this is to add the same compound twice with different doses, which splits it into two entries and shows two separate lines on your levels chart instead of one combined picture. This would let you set different doses for different days inside a single protocol, so your reminders, weekly totals, and estimated levels all reflect what you actually take.
Visual syringe on dose cards
include a picture of a syringe with the units to inject on the dose card. Currently only shown in the calculator page.
Scan vials via phone camera to automatically add data when adding to the supply
Body measurements tracking (waist, hips, arms, and more)
Track tape-measure body measurements alongside weight and protocols: waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, neck, calves, shoulders, with room for additional sites later. Manual entry with trend charts over time, shown alongside your compounds so changes can be correlated with what you're taking. Especially useful where the scale alone tells an incomplete story: GLP-1 users watching inches move before pounds, and TRT/bodybuilding users tracking growth. Could later sync from Apple Health / Health Connect, which both support waist circumference and related measurement types.
Could the needle reverse so it shows an exact match of the compound being loaded from the needle end instead of the plunger? Numbers and color on needle side to show correct draw from the tip
4x a day protocol
Currently the app allows medications up to 3x a day. This request is to increase it to 4x a day.
Add Powder as a Delivery Method

Scan and import lab reports
Snap a photo of your lab report and Regimen will read the values, units, and reference ranges directly off the page, no manual entry needed. This also solves a related limitation: today we apply a single reference range per marker, but ranges actually vary by lab and methodology (especially for hormone tests like free testosterone). Once we're pulling from your actual report, you'll see your lab's specific normal range, not a generic one. Related improvements we're considering for the lab section while we're in there: Tap an existing report to add more markers to it (so you don't have to start over if results trickle in) Tabs to separate Reports and Markers when you have a lot of either Select multiple markers and view them as overlapping or stacked graphs to correlate how compounds affect related labs (e.g. see Total T, Free T, and SHBG over time side by side) Upvote and comment on which of these matter most to you, or anything else you'd want to see in lab tracking.
Planned dose titration schedule
Set up your full escalation plan upfront, define each dose step and when it kicks in, and the app will automatically generate your doses at the right amount as each stage arrives. Useful for GLP-1 protocols (Reta, semaglutide) and any compound where you follow a structured ramp-up.
Smarter injection site tracking
A holistic improvement to how injection sites are logged, suggested, and viewed. Planned: Visual body map to tap-to-log injection sites Custom sites for spots not on the default list (e.g. lats for IM) Per-compound preferences for which sites are allowed (your peptides and testosterone shouldn't share the same rotation pool) Per-compound injection history shown right when you're picking a site (no more drilling into the compound to check) Last injection site visible on upcoming dose cards on Today (see where you went last time BEFORE you log) Show/hide specific sites if you never use them (e.g. arms, thighs) Reserve a site for a specific compound Exclude a site from the rotation Comment with anything else that would help you log faster and rotate smarter.
Toggling Injection Sites
I would love to see the ability to toggle on or off injection sites. For instance, I'll likely never inject in my arms, so having the app recommend them for my next shot isn't helpful. I'd rather just turn them off as an option.
Group your medications and log them in one tap
If you take several things at the same time, like a morning stack or an evening stack, bundle them into a group and mark the whole group as taken with a single tap, instead of logging each one separately.
Mark all doses as taken at once
Took everything on schedule but forgot to check it off in the app? Right now you have to tap every dose one by one. This would let you mark a whole section (morning, afternoon, evening) as taken in one tap, with an undo if you hit it by accident. Needs some thinking through first, like whether the doses get recorded at their scheduled times or at the time you tapped, and how it plays with injection site tracking.
Interactive levels chart on home screen
On the Home Screen levels chart, I should be able to slide my finger and see the projected levels at that point just like I am able to when I am on the chart within a compound page.
More Injection Sites
Need to be able to either add custom injection sites or add more to the list. Maybe add a figure of a human to select the area. I inject into my inner and outer knee area as well as my shoulder.
Lab Ranges
Include ranges for females, not just ranges for men. Ie, in the app my testosterone is βlowβ if I was a man, but itβs in range for a woman. Also, a way to edit the date for all results entered at the same time. I accidentally saved the results under the wrong date and had to change it for each individual result instead of batch.
Time of day on levels chart
On the compound level graph, when I slide my finger across the graph to see projected levels I want to be able to see the time of day at the current line, not just the date.
