Gender-affirming HRT reference ranges + custom target ranges for labs

Lab results can currently be compared against a male or female baseline. Both are cisgender reference ranges, which don't fit people on gender-affirming hormone therapy. For example, estradiol targets for transfeminine HRT differ from a cis female cycle range, and testosterone is expected to be suppressed below the cis female range.

Requested:

1. Gender-affirming HRT presets (transfeminine and transmasculine), based on published clinical guidelines such as the Endocrine Society's.

2. A custom range option, so the target my own clinician sets can be entered per lab (low / high, units).

3. Show which range is applied on each result and in charts.

Custom ranges matter most: targets vary by clinician, and I'd like the app to show my results against the range my doctor actually uses, not a generic one. They're essential for non-binary people on HRT, who often work with their clinician toward individual targets that no binary preset fits.
